Registration
Registration for Virtual Classroom training is open until 24 hours before the start of the session. No late fees apply.
For single registrations, use the REGISTER button on the Seminar Schedule. For groups of 3 or more or purchase order registrations must be completed by emailing Norm Kelson.
Registration and admittance to the Virtual Classroom is restricted to the registrant on the registration form.
Each attendee of the Virtual Classroom must attend using a dedicated computer.
Substitutions
Substitutions are permitted if the written or email permission of the original registrant is sent to CPEinteractive prior to the session. Once a Virtual Classroom course begins, no substitutions are permitted for the initial and subsequent segments of the class.
Attendee Cancellation
Cancellations may be requested via email. Refund credits will be issued using the payment method offered at registration.
CPEi Cancellation
CPEi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Public Virtual Classroom training due to low attendance or technical issues. Every attempt will be made to notify registered attendees in advance by email using the email address provided at registration. In the case of a cancelled class, we will process a refund to the account charged at registration. Prepayments by check will be refunded by our check, payable to the check originator upon the check clearing our bank (generally 7 days). If CPEinteractive reschedules the training session, the student will be notified by email. If the student is unable to attend the rescheduled session, at the student’s request, the payment may be used for a future session or a refund will be processed as described above. In both cases, all administrative fees are waived.
No Shows
Once training class begins, registrants not in attendance (onsite or online) will be considered no shows. The registration fee will be retained as a credit for a future on-line training session and will be valid for 6 months from the date of the registered seminar. A $75 administrative fee will be applied when registering for a replacement on-line session.
Virtual Classroom Policies
Missed Training Segments
The on-line sessions will be recorded for the benefit of the registrants. If you miss a session in a multi-session course, contact CPEinteractive by email at Registration@CPEinteractive.com, you will be provided a link and password to replay the session. CPE credit will not be earned for missed training segments.
The recording is for the registrants’ use only, and may not be presented to or replayed for other entities, organizations, or individuals. The recordings will be deleted fourteen (14) days after the last segment. No credits will be issued for missed seminar segments.
Recordings will not be available to No Shows.
Headphone/Microphone
The use of a headphone/microphone combination connected to your computer is required.
The use of and microphones built into laptops or webcams should be avoided as they often create feedback, and pick up surrounding noises resulting in audio interference for you and the entire class. Hands-free telephones also pick-up surrounding noise and should be avoided.
Webcam
The Virtual Classroom has video capability. The use of webcam is strongly recommended to provide the attendees and instructor with the maximum classroom experience. Webcam operation is always under the attendee’s control, and may be turned off at any time by the attendee.
CPE Certificates
CPEinteractive awards CPE credit based upon active participation in our training sessions. Polling questions will be scheduled from time to time and participation in responses will be included in the determination of CPE credits. The training software system reports attention span and attendance. Unlike webinars, multi-tasking is discouraged and may affect CPE credits.
We follow NASBA requirements for issuance of CPE credits and base 1 CPE credit for each 50 minutes in attendance.
CPE certificates will be emailed within 7 days after the conclusion of the course.
Due to stringent requirements for awarding CPE hours, we will not be able to award CPE credits for attending recorded sessions.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
CPEinteractive takes great pride in the professionalism of our instructors and course content. In the event that an Open Enrollment training session has not lived up to your expectations and the course description, if you can explain why on your company’s letterhead within 30 days of attending the course, we will credit your fee towards a future CPEinteractive Public Forum session of equal value.
Copyright
The material contained within CPEinteractive courses is copyrighted and belongs to the owners. By registering for a CPEinteractive course, you agree to abide by all applicable copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual property laws of the US. You agree to use the material for your own personal use and benefit and not for resale or transfer in any form to any other person or entity or presentation to any organization. You may print or store the pages of the course material on your computer. You may not reproduce, modify, or use the material for commercial purposes. Violations of copyright provisions will result in CPEinteractive invoicing you for copyright abuse and damages in the amount no less than US $1,500 per occurrence.
